Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At The Beauty Tribe, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy helps us ensure we can offer appointments to other clients when cancellations or changes occur. Cancellations & Changes
- Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the booking deposit being forfeited.
- All cancellations or changes must be communicated more than 24 hours before your appointment via text, phone call or email.
- If you cancel, reschedule or no-show with less than 24 hours’ notice on more than one occasion, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to future bookings.
- If you have 3 or more cancellations or no-shows, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments.
- If you are a no-show and have a oncession/package, the full value of the scheduled treatment will be deducted from your remaining package.
Arriving on Time
Please allow enough time to arrive promptly for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete all of your booked
treatments. Depending on the circumstances, your appointment may need to be
shortened, rescheduled or moved to the next available appointment.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, your 50% booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.
If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your 50% booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and providing adequate notice allows us to offer that time to another client.
